Partner Integration Path
Use this path when your organisation needs a coordinated integration with SenteRail. Partner access is account-specific and depends on onboarding, commercial approval, and enabled products.
Typical Goals
- Confirm the products and environments available to your organisation.
- Agree credential handling and rotation ownership.
- Test API behavior and webhook handling in sandbox.
- Confirm operational support and escalation responsibilities.
- Complete security, legal, and commercial readiness before launch.

Partner Responsibilities
| Area | Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Access | Use only approved credentials and environments |
| Security | Keep keys server-side and rotate them through the agreed process |
| Operations | Assign owners for incidents, reconciliation, and launch support |
| Compliance | Review legal, data, and commercial obligations before production |
| Change control | Coordinate product, credential, and endpoint changes with SenteRail |
Production Readiness
Do not infer live access from sandbox behavior. Production traffic should start only after SenteRail and the partner have confirmed product enablement, support ownership, and legal/commercial readiness.
